Find answers to common questions about buying, selling and shipping.

Buying

Browse products, add items to your cart, then click "Place Order". You'll need to be signed in. After checkout, the seller will confirm your order within 24 hours.
We accept bank transfer, Paystack (card/USSD), and Flutterwave. All payments are secured and buyer-protected.
Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days. International export: 7–21 days depending on destination country and shipping method.
You can cancel before the seller confirms shipment. For returns, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Perishables cannot be returned after delivery.
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. IQP Farms never stores your card details.

Selling

Click "Sell" in the navigation menu, fill in your product details, upload a photo, and submit for review. Your listing goes live within 24 hours after approval.
IQP Farms charges a 5% commission on completed sales. There are no listing fees.
Payment is released to your account 48 hours after the buyer confirms delivery.
Any legal Nigerian agricultural produce — fresh crops, processed foods, spices, oils, herbs and more. All products must comply with NAFDAC and SON standards.
Upload your NAFDAC certificates, organic certifications, or farm registration documents when listing. Our team will verify and add a badge to your products.

Shipping & Export

Yes! IQP Farms supports export to 120+ countries. We partner with DHL, FedEx, and local logistics providers for reliable international shipping.
You'll need a Phytosanitary Certificate from NAQS, Certificate of Origin, NAFDAC certificate for processed goods, and commercial invoice. See our Export Guide for full details.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. Bulk orders qualify for reduced shipping rates.

Click "Sign In" then "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
Yes. One account can buy and sell. Just select your primary role at registration and you can switch between modes.
Visit the seller's profile page and use the "Contact Seller" button. You can also message via WhatsApp if the seller has provided a number.
